Arrival questions answered
Which airport should I fly into?
Miami International Airport (MIA) is 25–35 minutes by car. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International (FLL) is around 40–50 minutes. MIA is generally the more convenient option for South Beach.
How do I get from the airport to the residence?
A private transfer can be added to your booking at checkout. Uber, Lyft and taxis are readily available from both airports. The resort's address for navigation is 2399 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33139.
What happens at check-in?
Your dedicated contact will provide the exact check-in procedure before your arrival. You will go directly to 1 Hotel South Beach and present a valid government-issued ID for all adult guests. A security deposit may be pre-authorised on your card.
What time can I check in?
Standard check-in is from 4pm. If your flight arrives earlier, your dedicated contact will confirm whether early access is possible, or arrange secure luggage storage at the hotel while you enjoy the resort.
Is there parking at the hotel?
Yes, valet parking is available at 1 Hotel South Beach. Self-parking garages are also available nearby. See the Parking & Valet page for details and current rates.
How will I receive my keys and access details?
Your dedicated contact will coordinate all access details ahead of your arrival by email and WhatsApp. You will receive a full arrival brief no later than 48 hours before check-in.
What if my flight is delayed?
Contact your dedicated point of contact directly. Late arrivals are always accommodated; just keep us informed of your updated arrival time.
