Swan

Swan is the rose-hued garden brasserie created by nightlife impresario David Grutman and musician Pharrell Williams in the Miami Design District, and it is as much a scene as a restaurant. A sidewalk café and a lush, plant-filled dining room give way to a buzzing bar and lounge upstairs, making it a place to start, or spend, a stylish evening.

The look is pure Instagram: pink tones, mirrors, greenery and a beautiful, well-dressed crowd. It is lively and social, the kind of room where dinner can drift into drinks and a late night, and the energy is high from early evening onwards.

The kitchen serves a crowd-pleasing menu of modern European and American plates, designed for sharing and for the setting, alongside a long list of cocktails. It is more about the experience, the design and the company than about quiet culinary fireworks, and it does that experience extremely well.
