Cancellation questions
What is the standard cancellation policy?
The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 30 days before your arrival date. Between 30 and 14 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit is refundable. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable. The exact terms are set out in your written booking confirmation and take precedence over this summary.
How do I cancel my booking?
Contact your dedicated point of contact or email [email protected] with your booking reference. Cancellations are processed in writing only.
When will my refund arrive?
Stripe refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer. You will receive written confirmation of your refund when it is processed.
What if I need to change my dates?
Date changes are treated as a cancellation of the original booking and a new reservation. Contact your dedicated contact as soon as possible to check availability for your new dates.
Is travel insurance recommended?
Yes. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellation, interruption and medical emergencies before travelling to Miami. Our cancellation policy does not replace travel insurance.
What happens if Miami Only One has to cancel?
In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, with no cancellation fee. We will notify you as soon as possible and do everything we can to assist you.
